Interactive group sessions for groups of up to 8 people are available. Group sessions may be once-off discussions on relevant topics targeting specific areas of our expertise but are also structured as 4-8 week courses on relevant topics such as weight loss, insulin resistance, sports nutrition, women’s health and many more.
