Angelique completed her BSc Dietetics degree in 2018 through the University of Pretoria whereafter she finished her community service at Sizwe Tropical Disease Hospital. She gained experience in outpatient settings, genetics, and new product development in nutritional supplementation and complementary medicine. She joined the practice of Alta Kloppers and Associates in September 2023.

Angelique is based at Life The Glynnwood, Life Glynnview and Netcare Linmed Hospitals. She has an interest in eating disorders and presents group classes and individual consultations at Life Glynnview Psychiatric Hospital as well as at the Linmed Wellness ward. Angelique consults outpatients at the Glynnwood Medical Suites. In addition, Angelique is also involved in the nutritional care of patients undergoing renal dialysis at the Glynnwood and Parkland renal units.

Angelique has a passion for improving patients’ quality of life through adequate nutrition. She recently gained special interest in nutrition during pregnancy, breastfeeding and childhood.

Besides her career, Angelique enjoys being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her family and pets.
