Hello
Lizanne Meyer
Registered Dietitian
About Me
Lizanne Meyer is a registered dietitian with a genuine passion for real food, sustainable lifestyle changes, and empowering individuals to feel their best—without the guilt. She is committed to providing personalized nutrition advice that goes beyond restrictive meal plans and instead focuses on practical, balanced approaches to health.
Lizanne completed her studies at North-West University in Potchefstroom and later earned her IOC Diploma in Sports Nutrition, equipping her with specialized expertise in both everyday nutrition and athletic performance. Whether supporting clients managing conditions like diabetes, hypertension, or cholesterol, or helping those aiming to lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way, Lizanne believes that small, manageable changes are key to achieving lasting results.
Her guiding motto is, "If you don’t make time for your health, you’ll be forced to make time for your illness." Lizanne not only promotes this philosophy with her clients but also leads by example—having completed the Comrades Marathon twice, she understands the importance of balance in both nutrition and lifestyle.
When she’s not helping her patients adopt healthier habits, Lizanne enjoys savouring good food, training for her next challenge, and demonstrating that dietitians can indeed have a healthy appetite.
