Celiska qualified as a dietitian through the North-West University in 2018 and completed her community service at Barberton hospital in 2019. She joined Alta Kloppers & Associates (AKA) in 2020 and is based at Life The Glynnwood and Glynnview Psychiatric Hospital in Benoni. She consults outpatients from the Life Glynnwood Medical Suites. Celiska was awarded first runner up Dietitian of the Year in 2022 and Dietitian of the Year at AKA for 2024.

Celiska’s life goal to “make a difference in people’s lives” is witnessed through the compassion she has for each patient’s well-being. She aims to go the extra mile for her patients while guiding and educating them to achieve their nutritional and health goals.

Having excelled in sport, especially athletics, participating at regional as well as national level, Celiska realised the importance of nutrition as a critical component of success and developed a special interest in sports nutrition.

Celiska is also passionate about treating patients living with overweight and obesity. She completed the CDE Optifast program in 2020. In addition, Celiska acknowledges and understands the role that pharmacotherapy plays in the treatment of obesity as chronic condition and is skilled to educate and guide patients when pharmacotherapy is added as adjunct therapy in addition to dietary modification.
